Rural Retreat

A spacious self contained loft space above the garage with its own private access via an external staircase with off road parking. This warm and cosy space has a full kitchen with hob, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, a wine cooler, as well as tea and coffee making facilities. The table and chairs provide a comfortable space to eat. Towels and fresh linen are provided. The living area has a sofa and TV, and bathroom has a full size bath and shower. There is even a small wardrobe for storage.

Ashtree Annexe, part of the oldest house in town

An opportunity to stay in a refurbished old stable block, built in 1865 in the heart of the old Market Town, Baldock. With the station only a 7 min walk away you can be in Cambridge in 30 minutes and in London in an hour. Take a 5 min walk into the centre of town where there are coffee houses, pubs, other eateries and a large Tesco. The annexe has a large open kitchen, dining area and sofas, and upstairs is 1 double bedroom and 1 twin room with ensuite shower rooms. The main house is close by

Hazelnut Studio is a pretty, one bed guest house located in the garden of a Grade II listed cottage. It is situated 5 miles away from the historic university city of Cambridge, which is easy to reach by car, bus or bike via a good cycle route. There is free on-street parking next to the studio. The guest house itself has a modern feel with a new bathroom, a table and chairs and a new, comfy queen-sized bed. You will also have access to a patio with an outdoor dining area and a pretty garden.

Set in a quiet rural location, the village of Langford has a selection of small shops, including a garden centre, chip-shop, pharmacy , pub and post office.

At Cambridgeshire Lakes, we believe that your holiday should start from the moment you drive down our rural, tree-lined track and into the serenity of our stunning lakeside location. The lodge provides a stylish and comfortable accommodation for couples or groups of four people. The vaulted living area includes a large dining table, two comfy sofas surrounding the wood burner and a large flat screen Smart TV. We currently have four lodges available on the site (sleeping 16 in total).

A well presented and spacious 1 bedroom ground floor apartment on a private, modern development. Situated just a 5 minute walk to the train station with direct lines to Cambridge & London Kings Cross, and a mere 10 minute walk to Royston’s historic town centre and supermarkets. Alice Barn at Clopton Courtyard is a stylish two bedroom single floor barn conversion, which overlooks the beautiful Cambridgeshire countryside. A private wood burning hot tub with countryside views makes this a perfect spot to relax in the evening (HOT TUB FEE APPLIES FOR JANUARY/FEBRUARY ). The barn also has access to a shared BBQ and fire pit. With Cambridge just 20 minutes away by car, Alice Barn provides an excellent spot from which to explore this historic city.

The Little Hop House, a cosy one bedroom barn

The Little Hop House is a beautifully restored 250 year old building expertly converted from an Old Hop store to a one bedroom annex. It has a well equipped kitchen, living room, large bedroom and bathroom, making this unique space perfect if you are working in the area, a weekend get away or visiting the beautiful historic city of Cambridge. A log burner and under floor heating will ensure your stay is cosy and snug even in the winter months.
