The Henhouse is like a tiny resort. Tiny cabin amongst the giant redwoods. one acre of Deep forest, quiet, Hot tub tucked into the forest, Koi pond, water sounds, romantic and cozy yet so very private. The Apartment is small, so cozy and cute, 300 sq ft, low ceilings, 6 ft 1”. surrounded by 300 square foot decking. Open pattern bedroom, kitchen with additional small bedroom. Russian River is a short drive, 30 min walk or hike down the hill. Two level cabin with manager in upstairs cabin.

Use our kayaks and paddle your worries away, or make a splash with memories that stick. Note, kayaks are not available Oct 1 until Mid April due to unsafe water conditions. Party in the backyard in our hot tub that screams fun in the sun!

We fully renovated the cabin in 2018 and everything is thoughtfully curated and high end. It's the perfect vacation spot for families, groups of friends and company off sites. It is well stocked with everything you need for cooking, entertaining, and enjoying this beautiful part of Northern California.

The Sandy Star - River, Hot Tub, Dog Friendly!

A wonderful riverfront property with a short walk to the beach, The Sandy Star was completely remodeled, making the house bright and light with ample charm and character. Hand painted murals grace 3 bedrooms and modern conveniences and cheery artwork liven up the kitchen, bathrooms and living spaces. And the outside is as delightful as the inside at this riverfront escape! The deck has a large picnic table, gas BBQ and a hot tub with stunning views of the river.

This charming family- and dog-friendly home offers everything you need to kick back and relax, including a chef's kitchen, outdoor dining, a front porch that overlooks an enclosed patio courtyard and a fully fenced and private backyard with 4-person hot tub. Two different beaches with river access are both just a short 5-7 minute walk away.

The River House is far enough from the main road to be quiet and serene but is still just walking distance from the Russian River where you can float/swim all day. The house has incredibly fast wifi as well as an electric car charging port. The neighborhood has a tennis court, Pee Wee golf course, community playground, and the house is walking distance from the Rio Nido Roadhouse which offers incredible food, drinks, and live music.
