It is more than just an accommodation-it is a story I would like to tell by combining art,emotions,and the relaxing atmosphere of the sea.

Rilassati in questo ambiente tranquillo in posizione centrale. Potrai dimenticare la macchina, anche per andare in spiaggia. Luminoso e confortevole, adatto per coppie romantiche che vogliono trascorrere giorni sereni o per anime solitarie che cercano riposo ma stando in una cittadina che offre cultura, locali per relax, mare, sole, un lungomare da cartolina e passeggiate al porto, immersi nell'azzurro dell'acqua. La zona portuale è molto interessante e merita visite. Tutto è vicinissimo.

Novella del Mar prende il nome dal peschereccio della nostra famiglia. Situata a "Grottammare". La casa guarda il mare e i colori dell’alba riempiono di emozioni l’intero alloggio; la spiaggia è a 70 mt ed è possibile raggiungerla a piedi attraversando la pinetina. Siamo riusciti a realizzare un sogno: racchiudere i sacrifici di una vita dei nostri genitori dentro due strutture gemelle,cariche di racconti, narranti una storia di mare, di pesca, di sole di duro lavoro e salsedine.

In 35 minutes by car you can find yourself in the Sibillini national park or in the other direction the Adriatic coast. Numerous local restaurants within 20 mins drive serving fantastic food. If you enjoy walking or hiking, cycling, shopping or just relaxing this is a great place.
