The house is on the ground floor and has a spacious garden with a lounge area and a dining table. It is located right next to a supermarket,the Noorderplantsoen (5 minutes walking distance) and very close to the city center (15 minutes). It is also 10 minutes from the university campus. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a build-in bar, a working station, a shower and a bedroom with a lovely soft double bed. The apartment is perfect for a couples getaway, solo-adventurers or small families.

De oranjerie staat vrij, naast een 19e eeuws buitenhuis. Lichte ruimte met zicht op grote tuin en eigen zitje. Geheel gerenoveerd, vloerverwarming en een gezellige houtkachel. Magnetron, kookplaat en koelkast, om optimaal van je vrijheid te genieten. Vrije parkeerplaats. Ontbijt is niet inbegrepen. Warme bakker heeft ontbijtservice. Openlucht zwembad 1 km, museum, stroomdal Drentse Aa, prachtig natuur- fiets- en wandelgebied. Paterwoldsemeer 3 km, 7 km van Groningen. Goed bereikbaar met OV.

Het vakantiehuis is zo gesitueerd dat u, ondanks zijn aanwezigheid op afstand, helemaal vrij zit. In de omgeving kun je prachtig fietsen, wandelen, vogels spotten en kanoën, in Roden is een 9holes golfbaan.

Welcome to my cozy and charming apartment, located on the first and second floors of a beautiful 1910 building! I call this place home when I'm in Groningen, but I’d love for you to enjoy it when I’m away. In the winter, you can curl up by the fireplace with a warm drink, and in the summer, the terrace is the perfect spot to soak up the sun and unwind. The city center is a 15–20 minute walk away, so you can easily explore all the vibrant sights and sounds Groningen has to offer.

Stadspark Groningen, hygge huis

Deze centraal gelegen accommodatie is smaakvol ingericht en is gelegen aan de ingang van het Stadspark in Groningen. Het is een centraal gelegen plek op loopafstand van het historisch Gronings station en dus ook het Groninger Museum. Op slechts vijf minuten fietsen bevind je je al in het hart van Groningen. Oja, het festival terrein is op 5 minuten loopafstand ;-) Let op: normaal gesproken woont hier ook een kat, deze zal uiteraard niet aanwezig zijn als je te gast bent.

This delightful energy-neutral water villa suitable for 4 till 8 persons, was recently built and located on its own plot with lots of privacy on a peninsula on the Paterswoldsemeer in Haren. The house has a lot of luxury and comfort such as two bathrooms, a large kitchen with built-in appliances, a big dining and livingroom and a beautiful view at the Lake. At the deck terrace you can enjoy the sunsetwith a glass of wine in your hand.

Licht en ruim huisje in de natuur met hottub

Het modern ingerichte huisje ligt aan de rand van Haren en grenst aan een natuurgebied. Het lichte huisje heeft een grote woonkamer met openslaande deuren naar je privé tuin aan het water. Er is een gezellige open haard aanwezig. De ruime keuken is van alle gemakken voorzien, in de woonkamer bevindt zich een tv, radio en WIFI. Het huisje heeft twee slaapkamers voor twee personen. Beide slaapkamers hebben een eigen douche.

Magical orange fairytale yurt in a forest (Mimosa)

Our new yurt (Mimosa) is standing. It has a beautiful forest green canvas and handpainted orange decorated inside. Wonderfully cozy and colorfully furnished with a large double bed, a bunk bed and 1 or 2 single beds. It can host 6 people. It has a little sitting area inside and wood stove! Closed by are the compost toilets and the big outdoor kitchen. Just on the other side is the Oase the showers and toilet area.

Deze (gehele!) woning is gelegen aan vaarwater met een schitterend uitzicht. De stad Groningen is in 20 minuten met de auto te bereiken. Het centrum van Zuidlaren is goed met de fiets te bereiken. Er zijn veel mogelijkheden om de omgeving te verkennen: wandelend, fietsend of met de boot. Onze vakantiewoning ligt in een natuurgebied. De woning met veel privacy ligt op een groot eigen terrein met parkeerplaatsen.

Dit verblijf is uniek voor de stad Groningen. Je voelt de rust! De binnenstad van Groningen is 15 minuten fietsen en in 2 minuten fietsen sta je midden in het natuurgebied De Onlanden, het stadspark of het Hoornse Meer. Diep achterin onze tuin hebben wij een oud tuinhuis omgebouwd tot gastenverblijf. Het tuinhuis is volledig zelfvoorzienend. Ideaal om stad en ommeland te ontdekken.

Huisje Jasmijn beschikt over een uitgebreide keuken met o.a. een groot fornuis, koel/vriescombinatie, vaatwasser, een luxe badkamer met inloopdouche, aparte slaapkamer met een 2-persoonsbed en een knusse woonkamer met televisie en gezellige pelletkachel. Alles is gelijkvloers in het vakantiehuisje. Voor het huisje heeft u een gezellig terras met tuin op het zuiden.

The house lays in a natural surrounding directly at the lake. If you are into outdoor activities, you will love these surroundings. Hiking, running, biking, around the lake. The motorboat is to rent for the whole period a €35,- a day. Use of house is private, except the presents of my 2 (friendly) cats.
