Al piano primo, raggiungibile con una singolare scale a chiocciola in legno , si trovano una camera matrimoniale ed una cameretta con due letti singoli ed un bagno . We are 50 minutes from Pisa airport on the SS12 route. The location is perfect for summer or winter. In summer you can reach the sea, in winter ski in the hills. All year round you can explore the region by foot, bicycle, motorcycle or car.

A cozy stone and wood chalet with amazing views of the Apennines, surrounded by nature with a large garden where you can relax and enjoy the spectacular sunsets. We will be happy to host you on the ground floor which is dedicated to the B&B. The warm and welcoming rooms have independent entrances and lead onto the garden. Fantastic location between Bologna and Florence, 10' from the motorway exit and 30' from Bologna airport. Don't miss the sunset, even better with a good glass of wine!

Nel piazzale condiviso si può parcheggiare l'auto. Appartamento ad uso esclusivo degli ospiti. D'estate è sempre fresco, anche senza aria condizionata. Sprovvisto di cucina, ma sono presenti microonde, frigorifero, macchina del caffè (con caffè), bollitore e stoviglie.
