Traditional house in Patrika one of the medieval villages of south chios specialy constructed for the collection of the mastic.Dating back to medieval times, fully renovated in 2018 with respect to the traditional architecture. Special attention was given to the decoration, to the luxury and the comfort. Built in two levels, it contains 2 spacious bedrooms, a kitchen, a bathroom, an attic with double bed, a terrace with view to the sea and the mountains, and a balcony to the village square.

Lovely beach house at Komi in southern Chios (A)

The two-room apartment is a beautiful family-friendly beach home in the town of Komi, exactly opposite the sandy beach with no cars passing by. Komi is in the southern part of the island of Chios in an area called Mastichochoria (i.e mastic villages). It is a very quiet beach on a daily basis except from the weekends as it becomes popular due to the restaurants and bars. The apartment is comfortable and has got everything to make your stay enjoyable.

Hello there! We are offering for rental our holiday home in the Southern tip of Chios Island. It is a perfect spot to relax and enjoy the amazing view of the Aegean sea. The tiny islet of Venetico in the background with it's lighthouse on it which blinks as it gets darker, seems to change colour during the day.
