We prefer to show you around at check-in. It’s not a 5 star hotel so please don’t book if that’s what you are looking for. **UPDATES ARE UNDERWAY. New flooring. We will post updated photos when we have finished updating. You may book sooner but wallpaper, for example, may not be complete.

"KD" short for Knotty Donkey (the farm we own south of Green Cove). "Magnolia" for the lovely street it resides upon. We appreciate its charm and close in location, we hope you will as well.
