The Old Music Room

The Old Music Room is in the beautiful and special village of Geldeston, in the Broads National Park. Fieldhouse: village quiet, central to everything

The Fieldhouse is our lovely little pet-friendly, self-contained, detached annex/guest house located on the grounds of the old Halvergate village school. It has the Norfolk broads and marshes on its door step with the stunning Norfolk beaches, Norwich and Great Yarmouth close by. It is truly a cozy home from home, with a lounge with sofa bed, fully equipped kitchen, bedroom with king bed, and bathroom with bath/shower, with parking and outdoor sofa, BBQ and table and chairs in the large garden.

Stone Cottage Bungalow

A lovely detached property, situated in the quiet village of Ormesby St. Margaret, close to the historic Norfolk Broads and within 2 miles of the beach. This cosy, single story building, set within the garden of the owner's residence, comprises of an open plan living room/kitchen and one bedroom. Smart TV. Visitors to the cottage have sole use of a small courtyard overlooking adjacent fields, as well as use of a quiet shared garden. Great for couples, solo adventurers, and business travellers.

‘The Hideaway’ in the Heart of Norfolk

The Hideaway is a detached self contained annexe with its own garden and on drive parking space beside the property. It is located on the same spacious site as the owners house in the picturesque, south Norfolk village of Saxlingham Nethergate. The Hideaway consists of open plan living with a very comfortable king sized bed, dining/working area, kitchenette and separate bathroom with a shower and toilet. Outside is a private fully enclosed garden and lockable shed for bike storage.

The Boat Shed Barton Broad near Wroxham Norfolk

The boat shed is a cosy studio, situated just a minutes stroll from Barton Broad, there is a super king bed that can be adapted to form 2 singles, please request which you prefer when booking, a kitchen area with double oven, hob, fridge washing machine, and microwave, the bathroom has a shower, basin and toilet. There is a table and 2 chairs and a sofa. A large garden, with table and chairs and a bench, also a table tennis table.

Come and relax at this countryside coastal retreat. We are a 5 minute walk to the nature reserve Lound Lakes, 1 mile from the golden sands of Gorleston-on-Sea and close to the Norfolk Broads. We offer a comfortable UK king size. Double doors lead to a small courtyard garden which has sun afternoon and evening. Kitchen facilities are available - induction hob/ microwave. Ideal for beach holidays just a few hundred yards from the beach. Dogs are welcome, access to a small pretty garden and walking distance to pubs, convenience store, fish & chip shop, Kebab & Chinese. The Stables is a detached self-contained annexe close to the Norfolk Broads National Park. The contemporary space has recently undergone extensive restoration and comfortably accommodates up to 4 people. The old hayloft upstairs has a king size bed and en suite shower room and the downstairs space has a queen size sofa bed, large TV and wifi. A cot, single bed and high chair are available on request.
