Situated on the North Norfolk coast, an ideal base for guests to explore the beaches & many local attractions.

Birdwatchers Retreat in Cley: annexe for one guest

Enjoy a relaxing stay half a mile from Cley Marshes (Norfolk Wildlife Trust) visitor centre and a mile from the sea. It is an ideal location for bird watchers, walkers and cyclists. This warm and comfortable well presented modern refurbished small annexe (one guest only) benefits from en-suite shower room, independent access, outside seating area/patio and secure parking on site. Free use of fast Wi-Fi. Bike storage. My daughter Rachel and myself are happy to reply to any queries.

The old Stables

Recently renovated 2-bedroom cottage located in the beautiful market town of Wymondham. This historic cottage is walking distance to the town centre, pubs and restaurants and sleeps up to 5 guests. It includes 2 rooms, one with a double bed. A second room with a double bed and a single bed. A main bathroom and a spacious open plan kitchen/living area, making it a great space to socialise with friends or family. Lots of parking for 4 cars and an outside seating area for a morning coffee!

Potting Shed

The Potting Shed is a delightful, newly renovated cosy annexe with Kingsize bed, new Vispring mattress and White Company bed linen. It has a stylish bathroom with large shower and freestanding bath. Small kitchen with hob, combination microwave, toaster, kettle, nespresso coffee machine and fridge. Two comfortable armchairs and flat screen tv. Sunny outside terrace with table and chairs. Our annex sleeps up to 5 in 2 bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has a double bed and a single bed. Bedroom 2 has a king size bed. There is a bathroom upstairs and a shower room downstairs. There is a kitchen but no lounge. There is a tv and a sofa in each bedroom. There is cot on the landing. There is a outside eating area with table and chairs. There is a BBQ and stunning views. There is a large garden which we share with you.

Porky Hootons Pavilion is set deep within the North Norfolk countryside boasting a rustic charm within an idyllic setting, offering a cosy quirky feel. Rural walks are in abundance. Upon arrival you will be greeted by the owners who will show you around and give you general information on the area.

Little Walsingham is within walking distance, where the shrines & abbey are located. There is also a lovely farm shop, good pub & cafe. Wells-next-the-Sea is 10 minute drive & the stunning Holkham Beach is nearby. An ideal spot for exploring North Norfolk!
