Includes shared use of the playground, fire pit, grill, patio, and even a few chickens! Our (shrinking) family lives on the main floors and you will stay in the 1500 square foot daylight basement apartment with separate entrance. You will have complete privacy, but also the peace of mind knowing the owners are nearby.

Modern Family Friendly Near Hill Air Force Base

We have a lower level private space for our guests with 3 bedrooms and 5 beds, bathroom, desk area, laundry, kitchenette, dining area, family room with tv area , foosball, Infinity game table, and lots of board games . Additional charge of $10 per adult and/or child after the first guest. Fully licensed and all safety inspections. Book our place only if it meets all your needs. Our studio apartment offers a unique space with a private entrance within a five to twenty minute drive of various outdoor activities. Additionally, just down the street you'll find the charming historic railroad downtown Ogden area with local restaurants, shops and museums. Explore junction city, adventure in the mountains and then come home to a comfortable studio suite to enjoy a bit of down time cooking, reading and relaxing.

Farmhouse Retreat- Skiing/ long stays/ short stays

This suite is part of the new guesthouse portion of our home. Our charming home was originally built in 1936 (by a wonderful couple I was blessed to know) but has since undergone many additions and remodels. We are in love with it and the gorgeous mountains surrounding us. With hiking/mountain biking trailheads < 1 mile away, reservoirs, rivers, and ski resorts close by, there's plenty to get out and do, or just enjoy our farmhouse retreat on over an acre of grass, fruit trees, and gardens.

This suite is the perfect getaway to explore the beautiful Morgan Valley and the mountains around Snowbasin year round. Cozy Country Suite is similar to a large motel room since the bed and seating are all in one room. Along with a coffee bar, mini fridge, and microwave. It is attached to the main house although we do not share a common wall so it is very quiet. There is a private patio and entrance. 5 min to Tooele City, 7 min to Utah Motorsports Campus (UMC), 32 minutes to Salt Lake City, 25 to Airport. Parking is in front in the circle driveway making a short walk to the entrance.
