The Roost: Shady, Spacious Tiny Home

The Roost is a custom build with quality craftmanship. It's set among old growth cottonwood trees in a relaxed older neighborhood that feels like the country. You'll have the entire guesthouse to yourself, May- Oct. there is a small patio to bbq and a yard with fire table and 4 Adirondack chairs to enjoy the many birds and deer in the summer. Downstairs is a queen bed/bath with a trundle in the loft. Fully equipped kitchen with small stainless gas range, apartment sized fridge and dishwasher.

Explore the Greybull River, Sunshine Lake's, Wood River and Kirwin Ghost Town. Don't forget your camera!

Nest On Ina - Cozy main floor studio

Cozy up in our nest after exploring the Greater Yellowstone Ecosystem. Burrowed in town with mature trees & looking out on a pasture behind, we are a quick 5min drive to Cody's downtown. It’s a comfortable space, ideal for shorter stays where you still want more charm than a hotel. This is our home! Through the main entrance, the bulk of the main floor has been converted into a private studio (appx 800sq ft) while we live in the remainder of the house & in our backyard. STR-C-014-R2-4-S

Pinewood Apartment

The whole group will be comfortable in this unique space. This amazing apartment has a full kitchen and washer/dryer. There are four bedrooms that will accommodate your group or family. The master bedroom has a king size bed with walk-in closet. In the other bedrooms, you can find a queen size bed, two twin beds, and finally a single twin bed. The garden level apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood. Amazing fishing, rafting, hot springs, and other outdoor activites are nearby.

This guesthouse is ideal for enjoying the small but charming town of Thermopolis, as well as using it as a hub to visit the Big Horn Mountains, Boysen Reservior, Yellowstone Park, or many other adventures this part of Wyoming has to offer. There are approx. 6000 feet of River front that is accessible out the back of the property, and several acres around the house to explore. This is a bright & cheerful space! Guests will have the house to themselves. New lawn and landscaping! The kitchen has all appliances & dishes. Coffee, tea & basic spices are available for your use. There is a Firestick TV with Netflix, other apps & dvd player. There are bathrooms on each level. Both bedrooms are in the basement, which stays cool in summer. Upstairs there is an a/c unit. There is also a grill for outdoor use.
