There is a plan to build two independent studios upstairs in the future, however only the structural concrete work has been completed at this stage and no guests are accommodated there. It is around 5 minutes drive from SSR airport and 12 minutes to Blue Bay beach, Le Bouchon, La Cambuse beach and Mahebourg Waterfront. Plaisance mall and Bo Vallon Shopping malls are less than 10 minutes from the house.
