The main level has a heat pump with AC. In colder months enjoy the wood stove. Bring your fur babies too!

Enjoy beautiful sunrises over the lake and take in the peace and quiet on this 5 acre oasis. Hot tub, Kayaks and paddle board on site for use.

The village has; 2 restaurants a Sunday market, amazing bakery (Thursday-Saturday), leather & pottery shops!

My Little Oasis is a cozy little cottage on Maquapit Lake in Clark's Corner NB. 3 bedrooms that can sleep up to 6 guests. 1 bedroom with a queen sized bed and the other 2 each have a twin over double bunk beds. This cottage will serve all your vacation needs. My intention is to make My Little Oasis a place where you want to come back and share your experience with your family and friends so they can come over for a stay and experience this little piece of paradise on the lake.

And 40 minutes from coastal St.Martin’s and the scenic Fundy Trail.

Sweetwater has an open concept kitchen and living room, air conditioning (via heat pump), gas fireplace, 7 person hot tub, large wrap around deck, bbq, record player and sits on 1.4 acres. Only 5 mins from the TransCanada!

Harbour View Cottage

Beautiful four season cottage located in Douglas Harbour on Grand Lake, NB. The cottage has two bedrooms and bathrooms with a large wraparound deck that leads you to a 200 ft private sand beach with dock. The cottage is fully equipped with Wi-fi, TV with Amazon fire Stick, BBQ as well as a washer and dryer. Come relax on the beach, or in the hammock. Cool off with a swim or fish off the dock. End the day with a bonfire on the beach.

Pool opens in June and closes after Labour Day long weekend in September- this is all weather dependant. Prior to booking, please note we are not always able to accommodate early checkin. Home is located in a rural area.
