It has a queen bed, dresser, large porch with views of the river, a clawfoot tub with shower, sink, toilet, and a well stocked farmhouse kitchenette with a double induction cook top, sink , fridge and more. We do not offer a TV. Near Elkins.

Fully equipped townhouse available. This unit has laminate floors, fully equipped kitchen, updated bathrooms. There is tons of natural light in the living space and bedrooms. Also, a private work area with a desk and chair. Mins away from University Town Center, WVU stadium, Ruby General, and WVU downtown campus. There is construction nearby the townhomes but you can’t hear any noise. There is a construction trailer in front of unit but the entrance is now all paved

The deck is on the smaller side - It’s a 4x8 space on the backside of the building facing a creek. In the summer and fall it provides a quiet and peaceful place for coffee and relaxing.
