In a Villa's ground floor is located 44 m² apartment in a peaceful suburb of the town of Zadar, only 80 meters far from the sea. It is approximately 20 minutes away from the town center in walking distance (some 1200 m), and in only 5 minutes in a pleasant walk by the seaside you will arrive to the largest beach of the town of Zadar, called Uskok.

It is located at the end of the main beach, 300m from the center. Beach chairs, umbrella, towels, paddlerboards, kayak, bicycles are included in the price. The resort also includes a restaurant and reception. Possibility to rent a jacuzzi on the roof terrace, massages, etc. ​

WE PAY SPECIAL ATTENTION TO CLEANLINESS AND DISINFECTION. 3 bedrooms 25 meters from the beach (small stone). 50 meters from the apartment there is a sandy beach, suitable for children. The apartment has a parking space for 4 cars. There is a terrace in the shade with a barbecue ideal for socializing with friends. Free use of kayaks for guest apartments.

House located first row to the sea(10m)with a beach in front of house, have 5 guests. consists of 2 bedrooms,kitchen and a bathroom with a great view on the sea from the balcony.Possibilty for 5 more guest in apartment next to this in same house. 2 bikes and sunchers ( 5 ) can use guests of house.
