This studio apartement is situated in a 17th Century Canal house, on the Prinsengracht (one of the 3 major canals), right in the center of Amsterdam, within the UNESCO WORLD HERITAGE AREA. Next to the spacious hall and stairways, we offer: a livingroom/kitchen three bedrooms bathroom toilet storeroom with washing facilities Perfectly suitable for families with (small) children. All prices are excluding tourist taxed (7% of the rental price plus 8€ per person per day).

Also, the famous 'Pijp' area with its bars and restaurants and the Albert Cuyp market, is within walking distance (5 min.). Our 2 floor house is very suitable for a familie of 4 with children.

And around the corner you can jump into the water from the bathing jetty. You can park in the streets (paid).

In deze centraal gelegen woning ligt alles voor je gezin binnen handbereik. Er zijn 4 slaapkamers. Een Wasmachine en droger zijn aanwezig. In de tuin kun je lekker ontspannen. Op loopafstand zijn twee winkelcentra met supermarkt en eetplekken. Met een bushalte voor de deur en metro op loopafstand ben je binnen 15 minuten bij de Amsterdam Arena en de bioscoop of in 20 minuten in het centrum van Amsterdam. Fiets- en autoverhuur mogelijk.

Wij hebben ons huis zelf gebouwd, het heeft een prachtig uitzicht op het water. Het is slechts 15 minuten van het centraal station met de tram. Er is een prive-parking voor de auto, en je moet wel op onze kat passen! Er zijn 4 slaapkamers en 2 badkamers en 2 wc's. De woonkeuken is perfect voor gezamenlijk eten of spelletjes doen. In de zomers is het heerlijk genieten op ons dakterras. Ook kan er overal gezwommen worden.
