The guest suite is attached to the main house; however, it has its own private entrance. Our guest suite was constructed with impeccable design and high-end finishes throughout. Welcome to the mid-century Lake House. 370 square feet apartment with a private entrance and original terrazzo floors. Located on a quiet residential street on a small lake, and located within a 5-minute drive to anything you may need! Starbucks and Panera are within walking distance, and dozens of other places to eat. Publix, Walgreens, and Sprouts are just around the corner. A short 10 minute drive to the famous Park Ave, in Downtown Winter Park with shopping and gourmet restaurants.

This luxury guesthouse (on the same property as our main house but they are completely separate) is a hidden oasis conveniently located in the middle of downtown Winter Park (Rollins College/Full Sail) and UCF. It's roughly 10 minutes to each. Close to 417 expressway (toll road) so you can easily get around to the other areas of Orlando. Note: The guesthouse is 35 minutes to Disney, 25 minutes to Universal Studios and 20 minutes to Orlando International Airport.
