The kitchen includes cooking utensils, with an electric grill and butane burner for outdoor cooking on the new deck overlooking Cape Ann. Mini-split A/C units on each floor. Bring your kayak or paddleboard, step down 3 stairs and you are in the water! Have a good swim!

Annisquam Village Abode - access to private beach

Annisquam Village Abode is a private second-floor apartment with its own entrance and one guest parking space. The apartment is reached by 1½ flights of exterior stairs and is not suitable for guests with mobility limitations. Children under 12 are not permitted. A working service dog lives with the hosts in the adjoining home. Guests traveling with a service animal must contact us through Airbnb before booking due to the shared residential setting.
