The home includes 4 bedrooms, 2.5 baths with a loft/play room for the kiddos. Starlink for your network needs and entertainment. Backyard includes 5 person hot tub, Bocce court, above ground pool and firepit seating area. Whether you're in town for the nearby racetrack or some time away with family and friends, this is the place to be!

The Dapper Fox

Welcome to the Dapper Fox! The home boasts 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. Brand new construction and tucked away off the main street. Located in the "Avenues", the Dapper Fox is conveniently located near Enloe Hospital, Chico State and Downtown. We are a dog-friendly property (pets are people too). An additional $75 cleaning fee per stay will be collected after booking. Please let us know a little about your fur babies. Potty trained and well behaved please. 2 dog limit, please. No fenced yard.
