Our cozy coastal condo is a relaxing retreat. You can be as busy or as lazy as you’d like. Some visits we just sit back, relax and enjoy the view. Other times we take long walks, chat with those clamming or crabbing right off of the shore. Our favorite place for cocktails and live entertainment is just a 3 minute walk around the corner, The Snug Harbor. We hope you enjoy this little slice of paradise as much as we do!!! ***Please note that our condo is on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator.

The Otter Rock Surf Yurt overlooks the Devil's Punchbowl beach and an easy walk to Beverly beach, Mo's West Chowder & Seafood, Flying Dutchman Winery, Pura Vida Surf Shop, and Cliffside Coffee & Sweets. The Yurt is equipped with a full kitchen, bathroom and shower, gas heat stove, WiFi/TV, BBQ, and outdoor shower. BYOB - bring your own bedding, with two futons and oversize Paco Pads (firm), we recommend bringing extra blankets for padding and chilly coastal nights.

This 3 bedroom & 2 1/2 bath features two master suites, a gourmet kitchen, custom cabinetry and countertops. Everything is NEW from furniture, mattresses, to linens. Yard fenced.

Siletz Riverhouse - We are Unique! Let's Talk!

Interested in staying on the Siletz River during the Winter months? We are in a remote location without Internet, WiFi, or cell service, but offer peace and quiet instead. The river can flood during the months of November, December, January, and February. We may be able to accommodate a request to stay, but weather may require a short notice cancellation. My cozy vintage home is nestled between Lincoln City and Depot Bay one block from a sunset view. Beautiful knotty pine walls give it a cabin feel. Updated decor and furniture with comfortable beds are just a few of the amenities. This home is set up wonderfully for long-term stays. Nice east facing garden patio and a large back deck for afternoon BBQ's. close to Golf, parks, shopping, 20 minutes to the casino. Beach access is 2 blocks. Greycoast makes a nice alternative to a conference hotel stay and is a short drive to all the activities of Lincoln City and Depoe Bay. Gleneden features long, uncrowded beaches, cute restaurants, outdoor activities and a very relaxed vibe. Join our family of renters!

Wood burning fireplace, washer and dryer and propane BBQ. Pets are welcome with a $50 fee and prior approval. We are a fully licensed rental and in compliance with local regulations. Nightly rate includes the 12% Lincoln County lodging tax. Airbnb collects the 2% state lodging tax
