The open-plan layout consists of a fully equipped kitchen and a double-height living/dining area. The bedroom has a King-size bed (200cmx150cm) and en-suite bathroom with shower. The second bedroom is a spacious mezzanine with two single beds. This mezzanine overlooks the open-plan living room.

Cunnamore Pier and the regular passenger ferries to Heir Island and, in the summer, Sherkin Island is a few minutes further down the road.
