The house is peacful and in the heart of this beautiful Tuscan village, if you want to explore the region this is a perfect retreat for a weekend or longer. We are 50 minutes from Pisa airport on the SS12 route. The location is perfect for summer or winter. In summer you can reach the sea, in winter ski in the hills. All year round you can explore the region by foot, bicycle, motorcycle or car.

Il vostro alloggio si trova al piano terra della casa principale, ma è completamente autonomo. Perfect place to relax but also suitable for guests who like active holiday with many exiting trekking, canyoning, mtb and horse riding excursions. Nice panoramic pool and view on the entire valley. The house is located in the small medieval village of Perpoli, on top of a sunny and panoramic hill. The place enjoys a wonderful view of the Serchio Valley, the Apuan Alps, and the Apennines. There is a 4000 mq garden with a swimming pool. A perfect place to relax but also to do numerous activities such as trekking, canyoning and MTB.

The appartment is a bilocal with bathroom (shower/hydromassage), kitchen and a comfortable bedroom fitted with double-size bed and two single beds. The appartment is surraunded by a beautiful garden with a gazebo, a wood oven and a barbecue. Disabled people are wellcome.
