Grazie alla sua posizione strategica, la casa offre facile accesso al mare (600/700 m), al centro cittadino, negozi, farmacia e poste, alla stazione ferroviaria e dei pullman (500m). E con un'ora di macchina si arriva in montagna. L'appartamento è formato da ingresso soggiorno con TV, divano letto matrimoniale alla francese, angolo cottura completo, lavatrice, bagno con doccia, camera matrimoniale completa. Terrazzo con tavolo e sedie. La ferrovia è vicina, a volte si possono verificare rumori.

Regretably, we are unable to accomodate pets, or chilldren under the age of 12 and alterations to your reservation are only accomodated prior to seven days in advance.
