Cozy Tiny House with Loft in Woods

This tiny, cozy house in the woods. Open the window to sounds of birds and nearby California Creek. Watch for the occasional passing moose. The couch on the main floor pulls out to a full size bed. In the loft, a queen size bed offers guests plenty of privacy. Enjoy a short walk to local restaurants, bars, coffee shop, laundromat and post office. Ours is a private home. We are a working family with kids and dogs. Although legal in Alaska, please keep all marijuana products in your vehicle.

The building is typically very quiet, making it great for families or travelers seeking a peaceful reprieve in the great little town of Girdwood. You will love this quiet cabin surrounded by trees. It’s a great base to explore all that this part of Alaska has to offer. Only 3/4 mile to Alyeska ski resort. Tons of hiking and biking nearby. A short drive will take you to Anchorage, Turnagain Arm, Whittier, or Portage Glacier. Seward is close enough for a day trip for a fishing charter, a wildlife cruise, or a hike at Exit Glacier. After each day’s adventures, come home to this warm and inviting space.

The unit comes complete with everything needed to cook full meals, relax after a day in the mountains, and get a wonderful night's sleep to wake up refreshed for more adventures!
