You’ll love my place because of the location. The river is in the backyard. You can launch your personal canoe or kayak. Sit by the fire pit or enjoy the deck and cook out with friends and family. Welcome to our "Camp House." Riverfront on the Santa Fe river, this is our family home and we hope you will find it perfect for relaxing and exploring river life. We are located in Three Rivers Estates and 7 minutes from Ichetucknee Park South Entrance and near Ginny, Poe, and Rum Island springs. We have tubes for floating, and 2 kayaks. Enjoy a great deck, screened porch, and downstairs screened in room for a campy experience. We welcome a pet with an extra $40 cleaning fee.

This simple green and open property is conveniently located VERY near many beautiful springs and paddling trips on the Sante Fe river. The home includes a full kitchen with stove, cooking essentials, Keurig and a couple complementary coffee pods. There is also a fridge/freezer, and laundry area with washer and dryer. Two TV’s, a 55 inch and 40 inch. The wifi is lightning fast. Outside in the backyard there is a gazebo with a picnic table. There are also two carports to park in.

This house sleeps 2 in the single bedroom. We have tried to provide every amenity for a relaxing stay. Ideally situated across from the Rock Bluff boat ramp for the boating and fishing enthusiasts. The Rock Bluff General Store is right next door, Rock Bluff Springs is across the street.
