New for 2021...We had a baby! This may mean some additional noise as we live upstairs. We added extra sound insulation when we renovated.

Welcome to Bench 170. You will enjoy the very private entire upper floor and use of the yard as guest space. This house is a West Coast Modern built in 2012. A delight for architect enthusiasts and art lovers alike as it was a venue for the Sunshine Coast Art Crawl for several years. There is a public beach access directly adjacent to the property that takes you down to a cobble stone beach looking west to the Georgia Strait. Please refer to Policy and Rules for pets.

Madeira Park Beach house is a seaside retreat with spectacular ocean views and sunsets from every room. This well laid out and spacious, South West facing waterfront house, is perfect for a relaxing, sun drenched nature getaway. Walk/hike for hours, and enjoy swimming, paddle boarding, kayaking and exploring the beach right from the house.
