The studio is located in the Pays des Collines region and very close to the Pairy Daiza park. The accommodation is completely independent of our home, very quiet. On the ground floor: a 16m² bathroom with shower, washbasin, WC. Upstairs: 35 m² with a bedroom area, a lounge area, (fridge, microwave, Nespresso, sink, dishes.) TV and internet. Bed linen and towels available. Eco-friendly air conditioning is powered by a heat pump.

Nieuwe studio gelegen te Nazareth dichtbij Gent en de Vlaamse Ardennen. Het is deel van een boerderij met prachtige tuin en vele dieren en een mooie vijver. De locatie is dichtbij de snelweg gelegen wat je buiten kan horen. De studio is heel ruim en gelegen onder het dak en te bereiken via de buitentrap. De studio bestaat uit een inkomhal, leefruimte, keuken, eetplaats, slaapplaats met dubbel bed, badkamer en toilet.

Le quartier est très calme et idéalement situé, avec un accès facile au stade Pierre Mauroy en métro ou au centre de Lille (10 min en voiture ou en métro et 20 min tram). Les stations de tram ou de métro se situent à moins de 10 min à pied.
