Two-story private house with grapevine-covered courtyard in the historic part of Tbilisi's city center. Open plan kitchen and living area, upstairs bedrooms, and large outdoor veranda make it ideal for a family or couples. Our house is conveniently located in the very center of the city. Five minutes walk to Rustaveli Avenue (main street with museums and cafes) and the metro. Two minutes walk to the Old City, the touristic center of Tbilisi. One minute walk to a large Carrefour supermarket.

Ateshgah Residence, Old Tbilisi

Ateshgah Residence is located in the heart of Old Tbilisi district Kldis Ubani on the top of a steep street behind 5th century Zoroastrian temple Ateshgah. As this is old part of the city, you need to take steps to get to the house. No parking space is available. This location allows to quickly get to all attractions in the city, such as: Mother Georgia Statue, Narikala Fortress, Botanical Garden, Leghvta-Khevi, Sulphur bathes, Shardeni Street with great dinning places, bars and nightclubs.

Our apartment is located in the very center of historical part of Tbilisi. We are on the first floor of the famous Georgian painter´s, Elene Akhvlediani museum. The interior of the house is in an authentic Georgian style, following steps of our ancestor who was a painter as well.In a pergola outside you will be able to chill out tasting our family made wine from our eco clean vineyards. The small, family owned old house has been recently renovated with great care to keep its unique characteristics. The old authentic feel is totally preserved and some details added for more comfort. The accommodation is located in the very center of Telavi. Within 5 minutes walking distance from the central square, King Erekle II palace and the central park Nadikvari which has an amazing view on the Alazani valley and the Caucasus mountain range.

Our house is located in the center of Kutaisi, just a few minutes' walk from the city's main attractions. This is a historic 19th-century building filled with the unique atmosphere of the past. С одной стороны в пяти минутах ходьбы от дома-центр посёлка (музей, автовокзал, магазины, рестораны), с другой- дикая,не тронутая человеком природа. Сам дом обволакивает аутентичной обстановкой. Всё сделано с любовью и уважением к своим предкам. Всё, что находится в доме принадлежало трём поколениям семьи. Мы сделаем все, чтобы вам ещё не раз хотелось вернуться к нам. Our house is near the wood, (but It's 15 minutes from the centre by walk). So, you can feel cool and fresh air. From the balcony, you can enjoy the picturesque view of Caucasian mountain range. Our house is perfect for anyone who wants to discover traditional atmosphere of Georgia, feel relaxed around the forest of pine, and enjoy big garden with nice flower-beds and vineyard. We can offer to taste delicious Georgian wine.

Добро пожаловать в наш дом :) На первом этаже вы найдёте ваше жельё с отдельной ванной, кухней, спальными комнатами и винным погребом :) Я живу с моей женой Ликой на втаром этаже. приглашю вас в наш садик попробовать домашнего вина или шашлика. При желании вы можете прокатится на наших велосипедах и осмотреть наш городок. При надобности могу встретить в Аэропорту Кутаиси, также показать все достопрмечательности региона.

До пляжа можно добраться на такси (5 лари) или на автобусах 7 и 15 (0.5 лари за 20 минут).

Welcome to our apartment .It is nestled on a no-through road in cosy yard. Apart is only 1-2 min walk to the city center , shops, restaurants, parks, tourism center. Its the historical area of the city, only 150 m from Colchis fountain. For my guests I can organize car renting, also can provide some trips by car. and can pick up from the airport anytime.
