It is also just a short drive to Lake Geneva and all that it has to offer with its beautiful lake, shopping, historic buildings, and delicious restaurants. Along with the house you get access to the HOA covered private beaches and playgrounds nearby. There is also a bar and grill down the street with live music. Relax in this 3 bd/1 ba home w/ lg fireplace & spacious open concept. Fall offers colors w/ farms & festivals. Winter has snowmobiling / 3 ski venues within 10 miles., as well as the popular Ice castles 10 min. away. W/the towns of Lk Geneva, Elkhorn & Burlington and 4 exceptional golf courses are 15min away..

Como Lake house with boat and motor included

Because this property is located at the end of Lake Como and at the end of a private road it offers seclusion and intimacy while being only 3 miles from downtown Lake Geneva. The lake is great fishing for largemouth bass as well as northern pike, a 16' 3" foot aluminum fishing boat with a 10 hp motor is available at no extra charge as well as a canoe and 2 kayaks . The pier goes in May 1st and comes out sometime after October 15 otherwise the boats without a motor can be launched from shore.

Our guest house is located on a picturesque 5 acres, next to a woodland forest. We also run a bird sanctuary on the property, Georgia's Place Bird Sanctuary, which makes this a paradise for an animal lover! We are happy to give guests a tour of our sanctuary. There is a large deck and fire pit for an enjoyable evening, and a walking trail for wildlife enthusiasts! We kindly ask guests not to bring meat onto the property as we are running a sanctuary that promotes compassion for all animals.
