Being brick with double-glazed windows, the space is quiet and peaceful. And the private deck, which is screened by a hedge, offers secluded outdoor sitting. On colder evenings, the gas log fire is a treat. The ensuite is clean and well lit and boasts a roomy double shower.

Within a few minutes drive you will reach the center of Geelong, Deakin Uni, and the 3 major hospitals of Geelong. It's an easy drive to beautiful beaches, including the Great Ocean Road. To keep the building sustainable, there is solar hot water & power & rain tanks.

As you enter the ivy-covered Balinese gates, be prepared to be transported into another world! Also be prepared to walk the steps to the top. (70m incline) The view from the studio comes at a price and if you are prepared to walk the steps.... there's enormous gain when you reach the top. We have created a little tribute to our favorite places - Indonesia, Morocco, Spain and Mexico.
