The apartment on the first floor with elevator, is occupied by the mother who is a teacher and two high school girls. All the second floor is for the gests (55m²) : you can live in a place almost independant ... including 1 room with one double bed (or 2 individual beds) and private bathroom, and 1 artist studio transormed into livingroom with one bed for another guest (+ 50€).The bathroom is shared.
