Fully remodeled, the little cabin on the marsh is a 1 BR house with a loft. Inside is almost all wood. The house sits on the marsh water of the Waccamaw river. The neighborhood is a dirt road with a mix of mobile homes and houses. The neighbors are great and have lived on the street for decades. The house is surrounded by live oaks, nature and tidal marsh water in the backyard. Litchfield and Pawleys Island beaches are 5 minutes away. World class golf, restaurants, and grocery stores are near.

If you are looking for Quite and Cozy, then this is the place for your family! We are 30 minuets from Coastal Carolina University, Chants UP! 40 minutes from the beaches and attractions. A great location to enjoy the Coastal entertainment, without the Coastal traffic! Or if you are looking for a quite place to relax on the front porch listening to the birds, then this is your temporary home.
