This stylish, centrally-located rental is located in the backyard of our property and was designed by an architect on the historic board in the city of Gainesville, along with our son, who is also an architect. There is a fully-equipped kitchen, full bathroom and a bedroom with a queen-size bed. The ceilings are 9-feet high, giving a feeling of extra space in this 420-sq. foot guest house.

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. While being only 15 miles from the nightlife of downtown Gainesville, this is country living at it best. Close to springs for tubing/kayak/canoe. Ichetucknee Spring State Park, Ginny Springs, ++. Also 15 minutes from Santa Fe River and paddling/kayak/canoe rentals . Diving excursions available in High Springs. Quiet setting w/ pastures and grand daddy oaks.

Close to Paynes Prairie Preserve State Park, Micanopy's unique downtown and a short easy drive to UF campus. North of Micanopy on Highway 441 across from Lake Wauberg. A common private driveway from the highway leads up to our two story home and two story detached garage. Uber not a good option. Good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers; and great for Gator friends and fans. Smoke free and no pets please.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Pet friendly and located in the quiet Duckpond neighborhood just a mile walk from the center of downtown Gainesville. Tom Petty Park at the end of our street includes playground, vollleyball net, tennis courts, dog park etc. Gainesville Bike Trail entrance just 1/2 mile from house. Private entrance to guesthouse with shared brick courtyard and parking.
