This home is a perfect place for you to stay during your visit to Aurora. The house can sleep 4 individuals however it would best suited for 2 children and 2 adults if reaching the maximum of 4 individuals. Welcome to "The Pepper Shed" named after our black lab. This is a unique utility shed with built-in living quarters located next to our family home located along the Cedar River. Beds are located in open loft upstairs and bathroom is located on the ground level. While staying, feel free to make yourself at home with private access to a patio, dog kennel, walk out balcony with full accommodations of Wi-Fi, TV with Roku, washer and dryer, outdoor grill and full kitchen.

Come rest for a night, weekday, weekend, or longer in our newly renovated loft above our detached garage. This peaceful space has a private entrance, brand new king size bed, bathroom & 50" smart tv across from a private university. For monthly traveling professionals, laundry & dishwashing services are complimentary. Also, an additional cot can be set up for you in advance if you have three guests. Just let us know!
