The property is located on Audubon Park at Prytania St and is the most tranquil place to stay in the city. Please let us know if you have any questions! Prytania St is halfway between St Charles (streetcar) and Magazine St (bus). Plenty of off street parking nearby Please know I have 2 young children who are sometimes in the backyard! we are always respectful and I haven’t had complaints, I just want people to be aware that You may see a little person when coming and going.

Frenchman St. is considered the 'locals' Bourbon St.' and is also the route for Krewe de Vieux which is the first parade of Mardi Gras. One block away is the beautiful Saint Roch Cemetery and Saint Roch Blvd. 1 mile away is the French Quarter. I live on the other side of the double and am happy to make any recommendations! Legally licensed vacation rental has 3 large bedrooms, 2 full baths 1 half bath, dining room and kitchen den combo. Large third floor balcony overlooking the garden district. This unit has all the amenities that you would find in your own home including a washer dryer ironing board and iron. The trolley is one block away and Magazine Street is 3 short blocks. Lots of room to relax and visit with family and friends, large island in the kitchen with sofa and counter chairs.

Wonderful space. Clean, bright, cozy. Sit in Sun room or out on back deck with coffee or a glass of wine. Enjoy the beautiful Lakeview Neighborhood. Close to just about everything. City Park and the Lakefront are in biking walking/biking distance. Owners are available as needed. NO PARTIES . NO EVENTS . No smoking!! Sorry I do not rent to locals. (Got "burned" by someone trashing the house and throwing a party)
