Located in the beating heart of South Beach's sought after cafe and restaurant scene, and a literal stones throw from the beach itself. Finish your day with an delicious feed at La Cabana or Madelena's just across the road. Enjoy a sophisticated getaway at this gem of a house and indulge in everything that this vibrant area has to offer.

Tree-top retreat

Entire first floor of the house which has two light and airy bedrooms, and an open plan kitchen/dining/ lounge room. Sorry no children older than 2.5 years and younger than 12 years old. Two verandahs on which to sit and relax looking out amongst the trees, sunrise and sunset, yet so close to regular buses, South Beach and Fremantle. Large area of secure parking for 4WD sized vehicle or small caravan. Also a large grassed road verge for visitor parking and your car parking if you are towing.
