Whether you're spending your days enjoying the many activities of the "adrenaline capital of the world", sampling some of the famous Otago wines or exploring the local hikes Queenstown has to offer - this peaceful Frankton abode offers some quiet from the hustle and bustle of the CBD. Located within a 5 minute drive from Queenstown Airport or Lake Whakatipu, and a 10 minute drive to the base of the Remarkables mountain range.

We offer a double-glazed private room with own access, shower, bathroom, microwave, stoves suitable to cook breakfast/light meals, fridge, toaster and kettle. It is a small unit but select and it is not part of the main house which guarantees ultimate privacy for you. Great to explore the local tracks (private access to reserve/track), 5 mins walk to Kawarau Falls. Close to the shops, cafes, restaurants and public transport. Golf course, pool, airport and rental car hire in walking distance.

Private unit, (attached to a main house) one bedroom, bathroom, kitchenette, living area, hot tub, and outside sitting area over looking the marina and The Remarkables. Cafe's, brewery, wine bars 2 minute walk. Please note it's a shared drive way, and the spa is on the drive way we absolutely respect every guests privacy. we will be sharing the driveway to enter the property, but two separate entrances. Please note two guests only as it is small and cosy.

NOTE: A neighbouring house is under construction. It does not affect the unit view however as the work they do is carried out during standard New Zealand working hours and may cause some daytime noise in the surrounding area or partial road blockages. Our rates have already been adjusted to reflect this, and we appreciate your understanding as the area undergoes improvements. Please note that no further compensation not will be provided.
