This suite is in the lower level of the home accessed by the main door or rear sliding glass door. It includes a family room, 3 bedrooms and a private outdoor patio. There is a full fridge and microwave (and more) but not a full kitchen. We are 13.6 miles to Park City, 8 miles to Deer Crest gondola and 7 miles to Midway. Smiths Marketplace is 1 mile from house. My place is good for solo travelers, couples and groups as well as those who love mountain biking, hiking, skiing or golf.

The 2 bedroom apartment is located on the 1st level of our home (1200 square feet) with a fully stocked kitchen. One mile graded dirt road to the property. All car types can manage road. Four wheel drive or all wheel drive vehicle is required in winter due to slippery road conditions.

Quite country location. Enjoy the fresh air and star filled night skies. Enjoy a day of skiing in Park City or a leisurely walk through the countryside. Weber river is within walking distance and has great fishing year round. Fish or boat on Rockport Reservoir which is just 5 minutes away. Echo Reservoir is also great for fishing and boating which is just 10 minutes away. It's a 13 minute drive to Park City for the Skiing, shops, restaurants, and more.
