Come hang out at the River House.   The property has a  private feel and is on the Great Columbia River.  In Back of home is the Warrenton river walk . PET free- due to the co-occupant has pet allergies or other health issues exacerbated by pets. This Historic Fort Stevens officer’s quarters, built in 1905, is bursting with character, from the charming front porch and original fir floors to the ornate tin ceilings and crystal chandeliers. A quick drive, or short bike ride on trails, will take you into Fort Stevens State Park, a 3,700 acre park with miles of ocean and river beaches, scenic hiking and biking trails, and a beautiful lake. The house is a two hour drive from Portland and a little over three hours from Seattle.

This small duplex was originally built in 1943 as military housing. This property is the perfect location for fishing or crabbing the Buoy 10 estuary or in the ocean for Salmon, Tuna and Halibut. The property is very well cleaned and maintained. We expect our guests to treat the apartment the way you would want a guest to treat your home. It very close to the ocean and is about a 100 yards to the Columbia River. **PETS NOT ALLOWED**
