This little studio has had quite a history. The main house was built in 1908, and the studio was built shortly after as a carriage house. It had a facelift as a pottery studio in the 70's. Now, after a remodel in 2023, it is a cozy retreat for guests looking to explore our incredible city. Whether you came for the Old Town experience, hiking in the fresh mountain air, hopping around our world class breweries, or hitting the slopes, we hope you find as much to love about our city as we do.

Welcome to the FoCo Loft! Nestled in a quiet neighborhood near downtown, this is the perfect place for couples, travel nurse,friends, and single travelers alike! This studio-esq loft has 1 queen bed, a large sofa, (+ extra air mattress), a 3/4 bathroom with a seated shower, mini fridge, microwave, electric kettle, TV, heating/cooling, and your very own patio. It's on the second story above the garage and comes with 1 car parking spot off of the alley! Contact us with any questions.

The bungalow is one block from Colorado State University and steps from wonderful restaurants, bars, coffeeshops, plus just a short walk to Old Town so the location has something for everyone. We are a fun loving couple that has lived in this neighborhood for over 10 years and want to share our space along with all the best Fort Collins has to offer. Welcome to our renovated, historic barn house! Built the same year that nearby CSU opened in 1879, the original barn has been completely remodeled with a bar, huge living area with ping pong table, oversized sectional sofa, tables, and three HD 65-inch flatscreen tvs, an HD flatscreen tv in the bar, plus a full bath, including a claw-foot tub. The open loft provides a queen-sized bed and three twin beds for over-flow company.
