Walk to the WATERFALL in the Russian Gulch State Park from the cottage. We are at the eastern edge of the park. We've been sharing our cottage with guests for many years and have many guests that return year after year. It's a perfect place for a honeymoon, anniversary, special occasion or quiet retreat. The cottage includes a queen bedroom, bath tub & shower, kitchen, living room, deck with lounge chairs & BBQ, and on-property hammock, gardens, meadows & forests. Guests love the lush surroundings, peace & quiet-- an ideal retreat. Family- and LGBT-friendly.

6 acre Ocean Bluff Cottage -Dog friendly & EV

A rare and spiritual healing place with stunning oceanfront views from a 6-acre bluff paradise. Watch whales and bald eagles from the hot tub. The cottage is heated by propane and also has a wood burning stove. We offer the option of wine, flowers, rose petals on bed and balloons for wedding proposals, anniversaries, birthdays etc - ask for our price list. We are pet friendly and charge an additional $25 a day per pet up to 3 pets. There is a home 100 ft away that shares the 6 acres. No TV.

Inside the cottage, there is a kitchen with stove, microwave and fridge, a cozy gas fireplace, free wifi and t.v. with Roku, comfy queen bed with new mattress and quality bedding, tile floor, skylights, full bath with claw foot tub, artistic and period details. From the cottage, walk to the beach, or 5 minute drive to Mendocino.

We'd like to invite you to stay at our beautifully furnished cottage located 3 miles north of FB, 1/2 mile from the ocean on 15 beautiful acres in the sunbelt. Relax in the peaceful redwoods while enjoying your own private deck with a firepit for nightime bonfires, and a hot tub for luxuriating in warm water while you view the stars in the clear sky. There's a fully appointed kitchen with all the amenities, so stay as long as you like. The cottage is not suitable for children under ten.

The kitchen contains basic staples, including teas and fresh organic eggs from our hens. A large claw-foot tub is in the bathroom and a shower is on the secluded west facing deck.

The cabin is just one mile from the beach and a few minutes drive from downtown and its numerous restaurants and galleries. Also just a few minutes drive are the Skunk Train, Glass Beach, the Noyo Headlands Park and Coastal Trail, MacKerricher State Park and Pudding Creek Beach.
