The two-storey guesthouse is a modern extension (built 2019) to the main house (built 1852). The ground floor has two bedrooms and a bright bathroom/WC. Upstairs, the open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area features high ceilings and opens to a decked garden with hot tub/jacuzzi and BBQ — perfect for relaxing. A 3rd sleeping room is a small loft with 2 single beds, is accessed by a ladder (not suitable for young children) This is a peaceful retreat, not suited to parties or loud gatherings

It is our family holiday house, so is comfortable and welcoming - a perfect spot for anyone who wants to getaway in a really special home from home! Ideally placed to explore the many local coastal paths and various Kent attractions such as Port Lympne zoo too.

Cosy Garden Cottage with sea views

This charming little cottage is the perfect break away from the hustle and bustle of normal life. With sea views and in a tranquil setting with a short walk to the high street with plenty of historic features in the local area. There is a single bed which must be requested upon booking (extra £10 per night). I am afraid we do not accept pets or children under 10 years old.
