Fully equipped kitchen with a large living area and separate dining. Close to eateries, bottle shop, Chemist etc. 10min walk to the nearest club and 15min walk to the CBD. It is an older style home built in around the 1940'-50's. However it is loved and the renovated kitchen, large living areas and location makes up for what it may lack in style. And pet friendly!
