It has been painstakingly restored to its former glory in 2023. The original 120-year-old timber frames and wood floors have been preserved, while the electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and drywall have all been replaced. The result is a stunning apartment that retains its 18th-century charm while also offering all the modern conveniences.
