It's very hard to find this huge and private space. The suite is over 850sft. More than half acre backyard, basketball court, bbq. Gym on the first floor. This suite is fully furnished with a comfortable kingbed (newly added soft mattress topper). Livingroom has table and chairs, microwave and instant pot for tea or coffee. Located between Southlake and Westlake, we’re 7 miles from Grapevine and 13 from Fort Worth. The pool is great in summer and we boast a covered patio and grill area. A great spot for family events, work in Westlake or Grapevine strolls. We're 20 minutes from DFW airport and Texas Motor Speedway! We're wonderful and comfy! We're a home not a resort though. We live here and sometimes you will find little messes! The mower out or a busy driveway! We always work to accommodate for you!
