Amari - Delightful 1 bedroom cottage, N Yorkshire

Amari is the annexe of a beautiful stone-built cottage, situated in the pretty North Yorkshire village of Flixton just a few miles from the stunning 5 mile beach of Filey. Visit this well-presented cottage providing everything that you need in a compact and charming fashion At Amari you have your own small enclosed garden and seating area, at the rear you will see fields and open country side with just a short walk to the Wolds Way. Local is Flamborough world heritage site & Bempton cliffs.

The Yellowhammer hut

Our Yellowhammer hut is named after the yellowhammer bird and last summer we had around 30 to 40 of them on the farm and they kept coming to see us when we were working so we had to name our new hut after them. It’s set right at the end near the apple and plum trees that belonged to the old orchard in what use to be the farmhouse kitchen garden. It’s a beautiful setting both quiet and peaceful (except sometimes for the sound of lambs and cattle sometimes) enjoy our meadow as much as we do.

Spend your days walking on the beach or moors and wolds, then enjoy a drink at our village pub, then back to the cottage to sit by the log burner.
