The Hilltop Perch is the upper level of our guest cottage nestled on 10 mountainous acres. Beautiful mountain views often include a stunning sunset (weather permitting) here on the property. We are private and relatively secluded, yet less than 10 minutes from I- 26 and Asheville Regional Airport. The Perch is a great hub for exploring Asheville, Hendersonville, the Biltmore Estate and surrounding mountains. The space is cozy, efficient and clean. The perfect cozy spot to unplug in the mountains! I feel like lots of descriptions try to "oversell" you so I'll share a few things i genuinely love about my mini a-frame. - It's in the most peaceful setting - it's like camping but wayyy cozier - with a super comfy bed :) - You'll feel secluded but just steps in the forest from your parking spot + only 15 min. to Hendersonville and 17 to Brevard - You can open the side to create a covered patio - My own brand of local coffee is always included

Nestled on a private lane minutes from the Asheville airport and situated between Asheville and Hendersonville, this 695 sq. ft upstairs duplex unit blends modern style with comfort. The two-bedroom, one-bathroom unit features a full kitchen, living room, and dining room. Exterior stairs lead up to a private, open-air front porch with seating. Wall-mounted TVs in each bedroom and the living room, with Netflix access provided. Guests enjoy shared access to hot tub, laundry room, and fire ring.

Dog friendly but please bring your crate if dog needs to be left alone. Use of back patio too. Fire pit in back yard and small grill in carport are available.
