The space has its own bathroom, access to food prep, bedroom, and living room. It is about 900 sqft, and basement level. Queen bed is in the bedroom, (air mattress available.) The house is about 1 mile from pearl street, .8 miles to a groceries and coffee, and just down the street from Mt. Sanitas for hiking. Also half a block from a bus stop and an e-bike doc is about 3 blocks away! Also there is the north boulder rec center with pickle ball courts.

This two bedroom space on the main floor of the original house is completely private, has a full kitchen and all the necessary utensils you will need for cooking and has a front patio and lawn area located on a hill with skyline views of central Boulder.
