Die Wohnung ist 2023 mit ökologischen Materialien im traditionellen Stil ausgebaut worden. Zum Strand sind es nur 200 m.

There is an outdoor kitchen with refrigerator, oven and small electrical appliances. The house is suitable for three persons with potentiality for one more guest in the double bedroom. The peaceful location of the house makes it an ideal choice for couples and families.

Ένα υπέροχο οικογενειακό σπίτι μόλις σε απόσταση αναπνοής από μια μικρή οικογενειακή βραχώδη παραλία, που ονομάζεται "Φύτεμα" η οποία είναι μία από τις πιο ήσυχες παραλίες, ακόμη και στην υψηλή περίοδο. Το σπίτι είναι πολύ εύκολο να το βρεις αφού βρίσκεται πάνω στον κεντρικό δρόμο, μόλις 1 χλμ από το γραφικό λιμάνι του Ευδήλου! Δικαίως έχει χαρακτηρισθεί ως hot spot από πολλούς από τους επισκέπτες μας.

Το διαμέρισμα βρίσκεται στον επαρχιακό δρόμο Αγίου Κηρύκου - Αρμενιστή. Τελείωσε η κατασκευή του το 2018 . Απέχει μόλις 5λεπτα , με τα πόδια, από την πλατεία του χωριού και την παραλία . Στο μπαλκόνι μπορεί να χαλαρώσει και να ξεκουραστεί ένα ζευγάρι , μια οικογένεια , ή μια μικρή παρέα φίλων απολαμβάνοντας τη θέα του βουνού ή της θάλασσας .
