Set in a Grade II listed building, this accessible ground-floor cottage also offers Amazon Echo and antique wood floors. Provided free to guests is a single parking permit for Mevagissey Harbour car park, located a level walk of less than 2 minutes from your apartment. With its location adjacent to the harbour and in the centre of the village, Grade 2 listed Quayside has had a fascinating and diverse past. Over the course of its more than two centuries nestled between the centre of the village and the harbour it has served as a pilchard press, net loft, doctor's surgery and even as the premises of the local undertaker! Following extensive recent renovation it has been transformed into chic, comfortable and spacious apartments that showcase the character of the building. The superking bed, which can be converted into twin beds upon request, is topped off with high quality linen guaranteeing a luxurious night's sleep. All apartments possess full kitchen facilities including Nespresso coffee machines, free WiFi, TVs in living rooms and all bedrooms, and Amazon Echo devices. The generously proportioned wet rooms contain rain and handheld showers and heated towel rails, whilst fluffy white towels are provided. Fully centrally heated. Guests have access to a laundry room with washer and dryer. We generally stay in the same building and, when there, are available to assist you or try to answer any questions you may have during your stay. This apartment is located in Quayside, one of Mevagissey's most prominent and historic heritage buildings, with direct and level harbour access. With its pubs and shops set in cobbled streets, this is an archetypally charming Cornish fishing village. Getting around is particularly easy out-of-season when smaller crowds and quieter roads make trips a breeze, and journeys to places as pretty as Penzance, Padstow, Perranporth and Polperro are perfectly possible in just a day! Popular destinations like Fowey (30 minutes), Newquay (45 minutes), Falmouth (50 minutes) and Truro (35 minutes) are always worth a visit. The seasonal Mevagissey - Fowey ferry (www.Mevagissey-ferries.co.uk) provides a fun and practical alternative to the busy holiday traffic and parking. St Austell (15 minutes) has a wide selection of supermarkets (Asda, Tesco, Aldi, Lidl) as well as the nearest mainline train station. With plenty to see and do, and a great base for exploring further afield, Mevagissey is far more than just a summer destination. Hope to see you soon. Unloading is directly outside on Middle Wharf, Fore Street or on the harbour in front of the Wheel House pub. Extra storage area on ground floor available for bikes and prams. My place is close to beautiful Fistral Beach. A minute walk you have access to South Fistral steps. All rooms have stunning sea view. Apartment is luxuriously furnished and equipped, with on site parking. Individually decorated in bright and fresh blues and greens, apt offers open plan living spaces with fully equipped and contemporary kitchen with balcony. Rooms have super king size beds, bed can also be split into twin beds in 2nd bedroom. It's perfect space for beach holiday!

Large, one bed flat in amazing location with stunning views over Fistral beach and Newquay golf course. Just a few minutes walk to Fistral beach. Open plan kitchen, lounge, dinner room. Sofa bed in the lounge, if you have small children. 5 minutes walk into the center of town, where you will find a variety of shops, restaurants, bars and a supermarket. Very close to all of Newquay's many town beaches and other attractions such as Waterworld, Newquay Zoo & the Aquarium.

Fistral Suite, lovely room in amazing location

Ground floor room with own entrance super close to Fistral and Towan Beach and the town center with local bars and restaurants. Fistral Suite is a large room with 4 Poster bed, fireplace and stain glass windows making for a lovely stay in Newquay. It has its own private entrance, small toilet and shower room and parking right outside. Please see floor plan for layout. You also have a fridge, kettle and TV with Netflix’s, making your stay that little bit easier.
